Refund Policy
At S&R Travel & Tourism L.L.C, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable experience for all guests. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour may be eligible for a refund, subject to our review. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour time, as well as no-shows, late arrivals, or missed pickups, are non-refundable as operational arrangements and resources will already be allocated. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a tour or for guests who choose not to participate in certain activities. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements; in such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date. Bookings made through third-party platforms or agents will follow their respective refund policies, and customers must coordinate with those providers directly. All refund requests should be made through our official contact channels and will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
