Pickup and tour timings may vary based on traffic, weather, and operational factors, and customers are responsible for being ready at the assigned pickup location. Payments may be made through cash, card, or approved partners, and while refunds may be available for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance, late cancellations, no-shows, and missed pickups are non-refundable. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to safety or weather conditions, offering either a refund or alternative date. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by drivers and guides; participation in activities such as dune bashing, camel riding, or sandboarding is at the guest’s own risk, and certain individuals such as pregnant women or those with medical conditions are advised not to participate. S&R Travel & Tourism L.L.C is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injuries caused by negligence or ignoring safety guidelines, or delays due to external conditions. Some activities, such as quad biking or entertainment performances, may be operated by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their safety or service quality.
